This jacket may have been worn once.  It is from Spring 2006.  J. Crew described it as:

"Our signature suiting in a softly textured weave that defies wrinkles and remembers its shape.  Shaped with front and back princess seams.  Front darts, interior chest pocket.  Functional buttons at cuffs.  Contrast-color interior piping and sleeve lining.  Back vents."
